Grupo Dulca, located in Peñaranda de Bracamonte (Salamanca), which has become an important benchmark in the long-term bakery and pastry sector, has once again entrusted NIROSA to continue expanding its factory, just as it has been made for the almost 12,000 m2 of buildings and the four production lines where dozens of products are made, from croissants and brioches, to milk bread and biscuits, … that sweeten hundreds of thousands of people in Spain and Europe.
On this occasion, a new warehouse of finished products of 1,000 m2 has been built, with three loading docks and the shipment of the finished products, constructively prepared to function as a freezing chamber and which will be equipped with Pallet Shuttle and AGV (Self-guided vehicle) systems.
The new extension has been carried out in just 4 months, including the processing and obtaining of licenses, the construction of the warehouse, the exterior urbanization and the change of location of the electrical transformer of the entire factory, all in a record time thanks to the Nirosa‘s experience.
EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management)
Nirosa has made its engineering services available to Dulca under the modality known as EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management): design and image, construction and installations project, modification and expansion projects for energy services, management of acquisitions, construction management and administrative procedures, from the start of the project to the final commissioning.
In addition to the technical improvement that this new warehouse has meant, with this construction, Dulca and Nirosa have also begun to forge the new image of the factory, which will be completed with the construction of the future representative building.
The objective of Grupo Dulca is to grow and become strong among the top quality brands in the sector, as well as to continue on the path of innovation and quality. The goal of Nirosa is to continue doing it by its side, growing as a company.
