EPCM
EPCM stands for Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management. NIROSA has personnel with experience in the realization of EPCM projects, where the client sets the guidelines to follow in the execution of the project.
In EPCM contracts Nirosa develops engineering, processes acquisitions, and manages the work on behalf of the Client, but it is not the one who builds it. Nirosa becomes the customer representative, working hand in hand with him.
